RNAmotifs 2.0 is out in BMC Biology
Our new paper is now published in BMC Biology. RNAmotifs 2.0 couples multivalent RNA-motif discovery with in vivo RBP-binding evidence to infer motif–protein associations driving alternative splicing. Read it here.
The lab is embracing a new beginning
From October 2025, we embark on a new adventure at IFOM — the AIRC Institute for Molecular Oncology. Our research will focus on unraveling the RNA regulatory networks that drive tumor plasticity and disease progression.
Milan RNA salon is finally starting
