This is the web page of our laboratory, a.k.a. Cancer Genomics and Bioinformatics. The lab was established in 2019 @ the Italian Institute for Genomic Medicine (IIGM), located within the Candiolo Cancer Institute FPO IRCCS (IT) and at the Biosciences Department of the University of Milan "La Statale".

Artenatively have a look here: C.G.B. @ IIGM
The lab follows three main directions
Deciphering RNA processing in disease
Assessing tumor genetics and evolution to faster precision oncology
Designing novel algorithms to gain information from genomic Big Data
The future is unwritten
The C.G.B. highlights
If you want to catch up on the spatial biology of cancer with top-notch scientists and learn all about spatially resolved data doing an hackathon please register to this EMBO Workshop that we have the pleasure to organize with Prof Francesca Ciccarelli and Prof Maria Secrier @ the Francis Crick Institute in London!
The Italian Association for Cancer Research, aka AIRC fundation, will support our studies on RNA processing in pediatric and adult cancers through the BRIDGE funding scheme! A big thanks to AIRC and all the people whose generosity supports the fundation.
We spent a couple of days in our beloved Villa Monastero (Varenna, LC) discussing science and having fun with our mates of the Pozzoli lab @ IRCCS Medea.
The C.G.B. broadcast
We have open positions to work on RNA biology, RNA therapy, clonal evolution, and inherited predisositions in adult and pediatric cancers! If you are interested just reach me out at matteo.ceredaiigm.it!
