Installation

KDM is a C++ library with an R package as a wrapper. Two installation routes are supported.

Installing the package in R

🚧 To be completed. Add the R installation commands here (e.g. remotes::install_github(), system dependencies for the C++ library, and the minimum R version).

Using Docker images

🚧 To be completed. Add the image name, registry and the docker run invocation here. The image also ships dplyr.

⚠️ The current versions are those used in the paper. Both the library and the package are still under development to provide full access to all the functions and related parameters.
