The example files contain a list with two elements named
train and test. Both are lists containing pseq and
nseq, two character arrays containing the bound and
unbound sequences respectively. You can load one of them:
NRF1<-readRDS("./examples/NRF1.rds")
NRF1
|- train
| |- pseq # character vector - bound sequences
| \- nseq # character vector - unbound sequences
\- test
|- pseq
\- nseq
Motifs are discovered on train and the model is evaluated on test, so the
two sets must stay disjoint.
